What does receiving this money mean to you?
This cash means that now I have been saved from starvation. I was at the edge of running out of food and other basic amenities. This money once I receive it, will be used to develop my household. I will buy food, renovate my house and start a small scale business. Iam thankful to GD for the initiative. My life is expected to change for the better.
What is the happiest part of your day?
Iam happiest in the morning. This is because, I wake up hopeful of getting food but as the day gets old, my happiness fades due the fact that I get engulfed with fear and uncertainty as to how and where I will find bread for the day.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship I face in my life is lack of food. Year in and year out, I do not harvest enough food for my family. I usually run of food by July each year.
