Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
The biggest difference in my daily life since I started receiving payments from GiveDirectly is that, I have deposited some amount of money for a piece of land hence I am hopeful of owning one soon.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
I expect my life to change in the next six months in that, I will have started a business and from the income, I will be able to take care of my daily needs.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is currently different from how it would have been if I never received the transfer in that, my children and I are decent because we bought clothes.
Do you have any new goals that you didn't have before receiving the transfer?
My new goal are; to make sure that I educate my children to the highest level because I only got an opportunity to study up to form two. I also want to buy a cow that I will use for transportation.

What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship I have faced in life, is being unable to provide medical care to my family members whenever they fall sick. This is because, I do not have a reliable source of income.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day, is in the evening after I have completed my daily activities and I have free time to share with my neighbors on what we ought to do to progress in life.
What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
I am planning to spend my transfer on building a new house at home. We do not have a house at home, that is why we are renting a house in Wagai center.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
The achievement I am proudest of in life, is having operated my own business from which I was able to buy some of the household items such as sofa set.
