What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent my third transfer on building a furnished semi-permanent house of 36 pieces iron sheets since my previous house was of 6 pieces of iron sheets which couldn't accommodate us well with my growing family.

What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent most of the transfer to buy swinging machine for my using since l am a tailor and l did not have machine. I spent the transfer to buy solar for lighting my house to avoid buy parafine most of the time for lighting my house . I also spent the transfer to pay school for my children who are in academy primary school. The remaining balance l spent to buy 1 sack of maize for my consumption.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that, l now have a a stable source of income since l bought my own machine, l no longer hire machine again since it is very expensive. I am also using solar to light my house as compared to before when l was spending money to buy parafine for lighting.

What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent 2,000 KEs to buy school shoes for my child. I spent 5,500 KES to pay school fees for my children who are in primary school and also bought half a sack of maize for my family's consumption during the dry season.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
When I received the money, I was in the farm and my children had been sent home for school fees and they were not going to sit for their exams. I was very happy because my children could now take their exams

The biggest hardship I have faced is, paying school levies for our child in primary school, due to inadequate income.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is in the evenings, when having supper together as a family.
What does receiving this money mean to you?
I feel happy, because I foresee the money bringing a bigger change in my life, as I plan to start a small retail shop.
