I spent my third transfer on building a house, bought furniture and a cow.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different than it would have been if I never received the transfer because I now have a kitchen so I don't have to cook in my main house thus no more smoke in my main house. I also have a cow which is an investment.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion Gd does well by sending money to recipients direct to their phones, this is safer than giving cash at hand.

I have been struggling for clean water both for domestic and farm use and therefore I found it prudent to dig a well with the whole of this token transfer.
What are you planning to spend your upcoming transfer on?
I am currently living in a house that is too tiny to accommodate the whole of my large household members. I will therefore build a semi-permanent house of 34 iron sheets with the whole of this upcoming second transfer.

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
We plan to use our transfer on building a bigger house, dig a borehole which will help with water and lastly buy one bull to help in ploughing our farm.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
The achievement we're proudest of is having saved money from sweet potatoes farming and bought one dairy cow.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship we're facing currently is lack of a sustainable income source.We also lack farm equipment to enable us scale up our farming.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is in the morning when I'm cultivating in my farm. We grow sweet potatoes, maize and banana.
