How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different in away that am happy because my wife is now going to be operated.If it was not for the money from Give Directly, my wife would have died of goyita.

In my opinion Give Directly has done well by helping me with money which I have used to treat my wife.Give Directly has not done anything wrong.

Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is the joy and happiness for having got my transfer. With the current situation of flooding, this transfer has given me a peace of mind since I have no stress of feeding and taking care of my family expenses

The moment I received my money, I felt so happy that my heart leaped with joy.
What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent my first transfer to treat my wife who had a goiter illness at 800,000 ugx. This was my priority because I need my wife in good health. I also bought a cow at 600,000 ugx as a remembrance of my GD transfer. Its also away of saving my money to help me in the future. I am the using the balance of 300,000 ugx for feeding my family since floods have affected us in the area. The transfer is helping us to curb the famine that would have broken out by now.

What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship i face is lack of money to enable me take my spouse for goitre operation.

The happiest moment is during afternoon hours, always friends console me concerning my spouse sickness.

Receiving this money means to take my spouse for an operation.My spouse has suffered for over 13 years with goitre which needs to be removed.
