Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
My new goal is to continue saving money in a merry go round group. I intend to save towards buying a dairy cow.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
The biggest difference that has happened in my life in the last four months is the savings that I have in a merry go round. It gives me hopes that I will be able to buy a dairy cow. I look forward to this day because I will be earning an income from selling milk. This hope keeps me going.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
I expect to have increased my savings in my merry go round group. Since schools have been suspended, I will be adding the money that I would have used on fees and school supplies for my child into the merry go round group. This way I will be saving double the money that I have been saving in the past up to the time when the coronavirus pandemic will have subsided. I will have more savings in the next six months that I have ever had in any equal period of time.

I took part in a merry go round with other beneficiaries of these transfers and when I received money from GiveDirectly, I thought it wise to buy these goats and be economically empowered even in the future to pay school fees for my children.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
In the next six months I expect my life to change in that I shall be more empowered economically once I buy assets with the help of these transfers. I plan to do this by buying livestock that will help me in meeting the cost of the daily basic needs as well as meeting any financial emergencies as well.
