What did you spend your third transfer on?
When I received my third transfer, I spent on 2 bulls, 3 sheep. a sofa set and a sack of maize. I felt the great experience that people feel when having money.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I have managed to clear college fees for my child without relying on loans and it was such a great relief for the first time in my life. Again, I have increased my assets as a farmer and I am now happier that I am wealthier than before, it is how my life is different than it would have been if I never received the transfer.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, what Give Directly does well is that it sends us money directly and intact but what we were given was less than what we had to accomplish in our mind.

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
I am planning to use the transfers in furnishing my house, I lack cattle and planning to buy some, I would wish to construct a new toilet and to pay school fees for my children too.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
I managed to educate my children, I used to labor just to be paid on a daily basis and the money could not be enough to cater for all my needs, despite all these hard times I still ensured that my children never missed classes. I am proud because some of my children went to school.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
My biggest hardship was when my two children could not be allowed to go to school at all because of lack of school fees, personally I was and still financially down and not able to let them proceed with their education.
What is the happiest part of your day?
My happiest part of the day is in the evening when we meet with our brethren in the Lord to fellowship together. It brings me joy and peace in my house.
