How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life has greatly changed in that, I bought a motor bike. This motorbike helps me accomplish my daily tasks that are distant with a lot more ease. Forexample moving to weed my crops that are about 15 kilometers away from my home, visiting my in laws and taking my family members to hospital when they are sick. In the past, I relied on my feet for transport and some times borrowing other people's bicycles.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, GiveDirectly has done well by helping the poor people through giving unconditional cash transfers. However, there is nothing that they have done which is bad.
What did you spend your second transfer on?
I topped my second transfer to the balance of the first for buying a motor bike.

Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is only happiness to see that some life burdens will be eased.

That moment I received my money, I felt so happy because it will help resolve my financial difficulties.
What did you spend your first transfer on?
My first transfer was all spent to buy two bulls that will help with ploughing gardens when the rains return. This because I found hardship finding oxen to plough gardens during cultivation season.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money means, I will use for farming practices. I shall buy cows to rear and invest in crop growing with this transfers.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of the day is evening hours while chatting with my children.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship I face is poverty. This is because I do not have money to start income generatiing activity.
