What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship in my life was when I lost my husband after only being married for one year. During that time I had no job and we fully depended on my late husband, I am forced to look for casual jobs which are not well paying and are not also regular in order to fend for my family. I have been in this situation for over 20 years now.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is in the evening after coming from a day's labour and I am able to put food on the table for my family.
What does receiving this money mean to you?
This is a well thought program and I am very grateful to the donors, for a long time I have had great ideas that could improve my life but I only lacked the resources(money) to implement them.
