What did you spend your third transfer on?
Looking into my life at the moment I am always in desibelieve since I am staying in a beautiful spacious three roomed house that I spent my third transfer to build which I didn't know I would have owned.Before I was staying in a small grassed thatched leaky house and for the change I have got I will always be in gratitude to GiveDirectly .

What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer to buy building materials like iron sheets, timber and nails which I have used to build my house, I spent some amount to pay laborers who built house. I bought a wooden door which I have fixed on my house and the remaining amount, I spent to pay laborer who fixed my door.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that, I now live in an iron roofed house which is three roomed and not worried about rains anymore unlike before when I lived in a grass thatched house which was leaking. Thank you GD for the transfer.

What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent my first transfer on buying a mattress because I never had any comfortable place for sleeping , bought water containers and spent the remaining money on food.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I was at home cutting firewood when I received the money and felt very happy because I knew I would be able to meet some urgent needs that I had at that time.

What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
My biggest hardship at the moment is fending for my family. My husband is always out fishing and I'm left here most of the time to fend for our children. Currently my leg is disabled hence get a lot of difficulties in moving around.
What is the happiest part of your day?
My happiest part of the day is in the morning after fetching firewood which i at times sell. It is after this that I get time to rest and relax which makes me happy.
What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money means so much to my family as a whole. Building a house even if not my dream house but a bigger and better house for my family is my first plan on receiving the money. The rest of the money I will use to buy beddings for my children and I as well a cow.
