What did you spend your third transfer on?
I have been staying in a rental house for over 20 years because I was not in a position to construct my house due to low income so when I received my third transfer I used it on building a house. I'm now happy and relieved of the stress of paying for a house rent. I also used part of the money to boost my business that I opened with the second transfer, the business has picked and I'm now financially stable.
