What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent most of the third transfer to pay school fee arrears for my children who were sent home for school fee, the remaining balance l spent to buy dairy cow where l will be getting milk and not spending money to buy from my neighbors.

What did you spend your second transfer on?
When I received my second transfer, my grandmother had passed on, thus we used 0000 KES from it on funeral expenses. I then bought a sack of dry maize for my family at 4000 KES and clothes for my family at 5000 KES. The balance was all consumed on other food items for the family.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that my family had food to eat throughout the drought season, thanks to Give Directly transfers, thus I was not stressed about food for my family.

What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship that I face right now is lack of a sustainable source of income for my spouse, he is our sole breadwinner and if he is unable to go to work we hardly have enough food for my family.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is in the morning when I wake up because I have been able to see a new day.
What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money means that I can further my education by paying fees for a college course. When I am through I will be able to get some work and supplement my spouse's income which means my family will be better off.
