How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
RE: Yes i do have some new goal. I have for a long period of time wanted to build a house in Cestos for that i even purchased a land Cestos but i could not afford to build. But from givedirectly cash transfer i did purchased cement and as i sit now before you there are workers producing bricks for the construction of my house in Cestos.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
RE: Givedirectly have been doing very well from my point of view. Givedirectly have made us do things in a very short period of time that we could not do by yourself in 100years Like me, i couldn't afford to even start a foundation on that my land but here am i constructing a whole house.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
RE: I spent the most of my recent transfer on purchasing more cement and sand for the construction of my house in Cestos. I am also going to use the rest to pay the workers who are producing the bricks for me at the moment.

How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
RE: I bought a land in Cestos city since last year with the hope of one day building a house for my family and I, especially my children because the school here is only elementary level, so for your child/children to go higher/complete high school one most rent a room for that child/children or have a house in Cestos city where they can stay to attend. So since we have the land and now givedirectly transfer is available to us we have decided to construct our own house to make life easier for our children and us.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
RE: With the help givedirectly is giving us through their cash transfer program I am well pleased. What I can say is givedirectly is doing absolutely well since the beginning of this program up till now we have not experience any unusual as some people was saying about the money being evil.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
RE: We are going to spend the most of our transfer on purchasing cement and sand to continue the making of bricks for the construction process. With this house constructed we might even rent some of the rooms in the meantime while we are here and that money will be able to help us as well.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
I intend Increasing my business in this town to serve the dwellers of this town the more. Some people find it difficult getting to Cestos to access services because of this huge river. Providing them basic services here makes me happy and I'll like my business to expand that I may continue helping.
What is the happiest part of your day?
My joy over the past six month has been the appreciations I receive for providing services in this community through the business I do. My business here has eased many the burden of paying more to access basic services from Cestos and other parts of the country.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
Being one of the few business personalities here posses to me a big challenge of getting my goods from Cestos. I'm charged very high to get my goods across the Cestos river and this is pushing to the desire of having my own boat. This is my present major challenge.
