What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent most of my first transfer to buy a high density mattress because the one I had was old and worn out. I bought twenty tins of maize for my family's consumption and a radio in order for me to be updated with the current news.

When I received the money, I was very happy because I was going to get what I lacked and had longed for. Thank you GD.

What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
My biggest hardship is lack of finances so that it is hard to put food on the table for my large family. My children are often sent back home from school because i can not afford to pay their school fees in good time.
What is the happiest part of your day?
In the evening is when I am happiest after I have struggled in the course of the day and managed to buy food for my family.
What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money will mean a change of lifestyle especially for me because I will start a business and that means no more weeding for my fellow women sometimes in exchange for a tin of maize. I will also plaster my house and for the first time own a sofa set. This money will change my life a lot.
