How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
If I had never recieved the transfer, I would not be in position to have a comfortable bed. Now that I received the transfer, I have comfortable bed and sleep.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, givedirectly has done well by helping people who were really poverty striken. Our lives have greatly improved. On the other hand, givedirectly has done nothing bad.
What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer on buying some household items such as utensils and bedings. I needed to improve my standard of living. I then built two grass thatched houses for my children. This is so such that they can get free space as before they used to share a small crowded house and sleeping on mats. I then bought a female calf as a means of investment. When it matures up, it will calve and increase on investment. I then spent the balance to take the children back to school. This is to secure their future.
