What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent my third transfer to buy cement, timber, and iron sheets which I have used to build my house. I also bought 3 rolls of barbed wire which I have used to fence my compound and also paid school fees for my children.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different in that, I have moved from my parents compound to my own compound something which I would not have done anytime soon but it was possible due to the transfers. Thank you GD.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion Givedirectly uplifted the living standards of the recipients in the community and also it has changed the look of our community. i have not seen anything they did not do well.

What did you spend your second transfer on?
I bought 30 iron sheets at 19,500 KES, wall and roofing poles at 14,000 KES, murram soil at 8,800 KES then added some of my money to the remaining cash and bought gravel at 9,000 KES.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
I was still at my parents' compound despite my old age but am now going to have my own compound because of the funds.

I have planned to set up a business,then I will plaster my house and buy some few livestock to keep.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
The proudest achievement is that I have built the house I am in and I also have a piece of land that I bought. I have taken some of my children to school.

The biggest hardship is lack of money for taking care of the things that I want to do to make my life better.

The happiest part of my day is when am making jokes with family and friends.
