What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent my third transfer on building a kitchen and a crawl. I also invested in a kiosk which is my source of daily income.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
Since I love working I believe I would be surviving however I got a start(starting capital) as a result of transfers so my my life is different because i am able to earn a daily income from the business I started with the transfers.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion GD does well by visiting us and helping us with any problems relating to the transfers at no cost. Also giving us the money without us having to pay back.

What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer on buying household items like chairs, Cemented my house and bought a spraying pump to use for spraying my vegetables in the garden. I also bought bricks to build a chicken house
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that I have been able to complete my two roomed house which had been incomplete for some time. I feel its a big achievement thanks to Give directly.

Ok, a mattress, blanket, bedsheets, and iron sheets. I used my transfer on a mattress, bedsheets, blanket and iron sheets because I immediately needed them.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I was preparing to sleep and I got a message. It was money from GiveDirectly and i was energised and happy.

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
I am planning to spend my transfer on opening up a shop which will be helping me to support myself at school.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
My proudest achievement is that I managed to study until Senior Four and passed my Exams.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship I have faced in my life was family conflicts last year when my uncle made life hard for me because I am doing better than most of my family members.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is morning time because this is when I go and do my gardening which I depend on.
