What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent my third transfer on a house. I used my third transfer to finish constricting my house because the second transfer was not enough.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different that I now have a strong house with cement and iron sheets which I could not afford if I never received the transfer.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, GiveDirectly does well to give us direct cash money on our phones through mobile money.

What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer on constructing a house since my previous house was leaking and it was not strong enough so I feared that harsh weather would affect it.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
Being able to access my necessities due to financial stability is the biggest difference in my daily life. This is because I did not have any financial support since my husband died however GD came and provided us with transfers.

What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent my first transfer on buying some of the building materials like cement and sand as I wait for the next transfer and i buy bricks.
What are you planning to spend your upcoming transfer on?
I am planning to spend my upcoming transfer on buying bricks and i build another house which is of bricks and cement and i also make it so beautiful and i demolish this old one which leaks.

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
I am planning to demolish my old house that was built using unburnt bricks with mud and old used iron sheets that always lick whenever it rains that disorganises me with my grandchildren.And i will construct a new house with burnt bricks using new iron sheets ,that will accomodate me with my grandchildren
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
Previously i used to suffer a lot sleeping under licking roof, but now am pleased that the money will help me with my grandchildren to build a new iron roofed house,that will save us from other diseases like malaria.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
I had nobody to help me in terms food,soap,medicine, water and good transport to the nearest health centres.But why did it happen like that,i was totally ignored by the community
What is the happiest part of your day?
I always have my happiest moments in the evening when most of my grandchildren are back from school, and they make me laugh and they make my day.
