What did you spend your second transfer on?
I used my transfer to build a new house. I bought 30 iron sheets (19500), building and roofing poles (8000), 3 doors (10000), 3 windows (6000) and labor charges ( 8000) i added almost 2000.

I had a very small house but now i live in a three roomed house.
