What did you spend your third transfer on?
I used part of third transfer on ploughing in preparedness to planting being that I received the money during planting season. I bought livestock (a cow and goats). I consider this a future investment because I have the plans of selling one of them in future to help me raise my children's school fee. I also bought a few households that I lacked in my house.
