What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my second transfer to buy building materials that I am planning to use to build an iron roofed house. I stay in a grass thatched house and it's now leaking and I cannot get grass to cover it being that the drought took too long and everything dried up. I also spent some of the money to pay school fees for my daughter who is secondary school. I do not owe the school any arrears now.
