What did you spend your second transfer on?
I used my second transfers for purchasing cement worth 680,000ugx, two trips of sand at 200,000ugx, aggregates 160,000ugx all that included transport. I also bought three Windows at 90,000ugx to fix on my house. The balance of 503,000ugx, I used it for labour and feeding the engineers not forgetting my household.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
Givedirectly looks for vulnerable people to benefit from the project hence it has transformed the community. I do not see anything that they have not done well.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different in that, it has improved on my living standards and I feel the self worth as a result of that support.

Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
The moment when I received my money I felt happy and relieved.
What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent my first transfer to pay for my debts,I incurred this debts after failing to pay for my children's school fees,all my gardens were confisicated for failure to pay the debts, but when I got my first transfer,I was able to pay my debts and I also got back my gardens that were confisicated.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that,I feel so releived because the burden of debts that I had is no more,because I settled them.

What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship i have faced is lack of money to invest on agricultural production since it is my households' source of livelihood.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is in the evening.This is the time i usually take to share interesting stories and moment's with my friends in our trading centre.
What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money means investing in agricultural production.I intend to buy oxen and agricultural seeds so as to increase on my household's agricultural yields
