What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent my third transfer to expand my house because my bedroom was too small to accommodate my house hold items.I also bought maize for family consumption.

What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent the larger part of my second transfer on expanding my house into a spacious house.I bought a bag of maize and a suitcase to keep my clothes 3,000 KES. I also gave my daughter some money 1000 KES and paid school fees for my two grandchildren who is in primary school.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest differences in my daily life are I am happly living in a spacious house which accommodates my family members comfortably and privacy is highly maintained as opposed to before when I used to live in a small squeezed house.I am also educating my two grandchildren with a lot ease since I started getting money from GiveDirectly as they haven't been sent home due to school fees arrears.

We spent our first transfer on my husband hospital bills, spent some money on ploughing our farmland and we are in the process of constructing a poultry house as poultry farming is our major source of income.

My biggest hardship currently is hunger and my husbands health is not that good.
What is the happiest part of your day?
My happiest part of the day is at night. Its this time I get to relax with my family.
What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money I can say is a blessing to my family. First and foremost I am planning to complete my house(cementing), build a kitchen, build a chicken house and start raring chicken to help out in the family expenses.
