What does receiving this money mean to you?
I will build my new house with the money. As a town chief I'm living in one room with my family and people often teased me of that. When I build a new house, I will finally be relief from such embarrassment.

My current challenge is lack of finance. As we speak, I have not registered my children for this year's academy this worries me a lot.
