How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I built my house since five years ago. I couldn't afford to buy cement to plaster the floor. My son graduated from high school last year but couldn't afford to sponsor him to college. I was indeed excited to receive my transfer. Upon receiving the money, I was able to purchase bags of cement to plaster my floor and send my son to university.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
Givedirectly has done extremely well for me by changing my living conditions. The transfer helped me to plaster my floor after building my house five years ago. It also put me in the position to send my son to college.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
Upon receipt of my transfer, I purchased cement and pay my child tuition.
