In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, GiveDirectly does well to send the poor people money which has helped them alot. For instance I was not at peace because of the loans that I had accumulated but when J received the cash transfers, I was able to pay up all my loans.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I am now a loan free man. I used to hide from my creditors when they could come looking for me. I am very grateful that the cash transfers saved me alot of social embarassment. Had I not received the cash transfer, I would still be very desperate and hustling with life to make ends meet.
