What do you plan to do with the cash transfer?
Am planning on starting g up a small business ess for selling g vegetables like "Sukuma Wiiki" , Cabbages and spinach. Fhis is to take me about $138. This will ensure small income and keeping me busy especially on market days in Bukigai trading Centre. Am also planning on buying a small plot of land near the trading centre in Bukigai which may cost about $1388 that I can establish a small house for myself and children. This land is for my father so he just gave me this small portion to construct my house in.
What is the happiest part of your day?
I am just happy and excited that I am alive.my elder daughter Nafuna got a job in Kenya and she went there last month in January to start working. Although she isa do.estic worker there, she is able to send some small help for me to use at home.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
My father Mr. Samuel Makhale is very sick and cannot walk due to his legs being paralysed andbhis old age. His sickness has led to us spending all the money we had on his hospital bills and feeding for now about 4years. Looking for the money to sustain his health is very hard and yet as their caretaker, I find it very hard to look for the money since I don't have any financial source. This constant need for money has led us to being g poor and constantly lacking. Also raising my children alone since the Separation of my husband for now 4 years. This is hard as I have to ensurevthat they go to school and at the same time feed them well at home.
