How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different from how it would have been had I not received the transfer in that, I am now a proud owner of a dairy cow. I believe that it will be calving very soon and I will have enough milk for consumption and for sale to earn an income. Also, I no longer depend on my children for everything since I still have the food that I bought using my transfer. This has at least made me self reliant.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, GiveDirectly did well by deciding to give us financial aid and I do not see anything that they did not do well.
What did you spend your second transfer on?
When I received my second transfer, I bought a dairy cow. I settled on this so that it would relief me the cost of buying milk. Also, I will be able to sale milk to some of my neighbors and use the money to buy our daily basic needs. I used the remaining amount to buy food and some decent clothes for myself.

Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that I have been able to use these transfers to build a new house. The new house has made a difference in my life in that I no longer stay in the small hut that I used to stay in and can welcome visitors much more comfortably than I used to do before.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
The moment I received GiveDirectly transfers I felt so happy. Never before had I received such amount of money before in my entire life.
What did you spend your first transfer on?
I used a good percentage of my transfers to build a new house and used the remaining amount to buy clothes and food for the family. I now have a new house that will always remind me of the GiveDirectly transfers that I received and this will always make me happy and grateful.
