What does receiving this money mean to you?
This money will be very meaningful to me, ever since i have been willing to own a proper house but i couldn't due to lack of money, when i say a proper house i mean a house without wall cracks, a house with iron sheets so that i should stop worrying about buying plastic papers during rainy season and a house with cement floor so that i should stop worrying about the dusty house that leads to unstoppable flues and coughs. For so many years i have been doing casual labour but i have never raised amount that i could have managed to build a house so with this money i Will be able to fulfil my dream of having a Morden and a smart house.
What is the happiest part of your day?
In this past six months there is two things that has brought joy and happiness in my life firstly from April to may i had joy and happiness was all over in my life because i had just harvested my yields from the fields which brings money to me by selling them. I usually farm maize and pigeon peas so i only sell pigeon peas and keep maize for food so for these months i didn't worry where i will get my help from and i have also managed to invest from the money i got from the casual labour, i have a hawker where i am selling biscuits and puffs.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
Currently the most challenging thing i am facing is lack of support or help from relatives as you can see i am old and i am not strong as i used to be but because i don't get enough support from relatives i am still forced to go and look for casual labour which is very challenging to me but because i have to do what i can to survive
