How is your life currently different from how it was four months ago?
My life is currently different from how it was four months ago in that, we are eating well. I also managed to buy a few home clothes for my children and Two pairs of uniform for each one of them. I would say we are living a better life than before because initially, my children could wear torn clothes unlike nowadays, they look neat and decent like other children in neighbouring compounds.
Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
I have no new or additional goal because I have not accomplished my previous goal. I had a plan to build a kitchen because I do not have one. I am planning to start poultry rearing project and I have no house for them, that is why I am working hard by saving the little I get to from my monthly transfers to build one.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
I thank Give Directly for having changed my life. I am a peasant farmer and at times I do casual work like weeding, fetching water for my neighbours to get daily bread for my family. I have school-going children thus I do burn charcoal and sell in order to get extra capital to pay their school fees, at times I am forced to sell at a throwaway price because many people are selling the same and buyers are less. Since I started receiving money from Give Directly I thank God I am staying a peaceful life with no worries, I had a lot of stress and financial worries before I started receiving money from Give Directly. I pay school fees for my children on time and with a lot of ease. I am also on good terms with my husband since finance was a big issue in my family and we could quarrel frequently due to this.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
I expect my life to change in the next six months in that I would be having an additional source of income from my poultry farming business. I would be in a position to provide financial support to my family with a lot of ease.

How is your life currently different from how it was four months ago?
Currently, my life is different than it was four months ago because I have been eating well and grown stronger. I always have sufficient food in the house for my household. This has relieved me from financial stress hence I can often do other casual jobs to supplement my income.
Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
In the next four months, my additional goal is to build a new kitchen where my children will be sleeping. The current kitchen is old and leaky thus they are always affected during rainy seasons. As a result, they are often unable to have a good sleep whenever it rains at night thus they feel sleepy and inattentive in class. This sometimes tends to affect their performance.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
The biggest difference in my daily life in the last four months is living a healthy life. I used the transfers to buy adequate foodstuffs for the family as a result, I have been feeding well. There is no single day I have missed all the meals in a day. Consequently, I have grown strong and able to engage in other casual jobs to diversify my sources of income.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
In the next six months, I expect to expand my current house. It is very small in size and it cannot provide adequate accommodation whenever I have visitors around. While increasing its size, I shall add one more room purposefully for visitors. This will save me from the shame of always taking my visitors to sleep in the neighborhood.
