How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
If I did not receive these transfers I would have been very sad. This is because I would have been comparing my life with those people that received. The good thing is I received the money and I am happy.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
This organisation did a very good job. Many families have built houses using the transfers that they received. Some families bought furniture and food. GiveDirectly has really changed our lives.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I used the money to buy cement, glasses and doors. I bought these things so that I can finish building my house. I also used some of the money to buy food and all the kitchen ware that I needed.
