Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The greatest difference in our daily life is that, My spouse is able to generate daily income through our boda boda motorcycle. This means that we can afford to buy basic needs in our household like clothes, food, seek medical attention among others. Whenever I request money from him, he provided. Previously, we could look for manual labour in order to get some little money to sustain the well being of our family. Therefore when we didn't get any work, we lived a desperate life since children at home need to eat and we can not provide them with what to eat.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
When i had my phone ring, I checked and it was a mobile money notification. I was overwhelmed with joy and calmed down my happiness.
What did you spend your first transfer on?
I sat down with spouse and discussed on how to spend this money. We came up with an idea that since we do not have any income generating active, We decide to buy a boda boda motorcycle such that he can earn some money to support the family. We spent the whole of our transfer to purchase a second hand motorcycle.
