What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent my third transfer on completion and finishing for my 3 room house that I started building using my second transfer. The plastering has made the house stronger and the walls not exposed to being washed off in rainy seasons any more.I then bought basic furniture for 12,000 KES since I had only 2 old and broken chairs, and again my now bigger house kind of looked empty.
