Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The cash transfers transformed my family. I acquired household items that I did not have for a very longtime. Previously, I had old blankets which were worn out. It would get so cold and uncomfortable at the night.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
When I received the mobile money message, I called one of m sons who read it for me. I was very excited and happy at that moment because I had many responsibilities.
What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent the first cash transfer to buy doors worth UGX 22000 and cement worth UGX 100000. I spent UGX 50000 on utensils and I bought a blanket worth UGX 80000 and hand bags worth UGX 60000. I gave my spouse UGX 60000. The remaining money will be saved incase of any emergencies.
