What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving money will mean having well educated children in the family. I will pay school fees for my children on time in order to make sure that they attend school regularly hence good results and a brighter future for them because they will get well paying jobs. Currently, I rely on citrus farming in order to try to maintain them at school which was not successful this year due to prolonged drought which affected the yields, a majority I them were sent home due to non payment of school fees.
In case there is some balance, I will buy some cows that will act as some investment in order to diversify my south of income. That will help me pay school fees for my children when they multiply. I will sell some whole keep some for multiplication purpose.
What is the happiest part of your day?
My happiest part of the day is in the evening when I have completed a day's work. I seat down to reflect on the day's work, what challenges I met and what achievements I have had in a day. That makes me happy and I rejoice while chatting with my family members.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
My biggest hardship is inadequate source of income because I have ten children who are studying and the only source of income is citrus farming. This is a harsship to me because their terms for reporting to school begin and end at he same time which affects my little source of income because I harvest twice in a year.
