What does receiving this money mean to you?
With this money, I'll buy iron sheets and cement, then buy a mattress if some of the money is left. I'll also buy food because my husband was arrested 2 months ago and he was working. Now that he's away, I've been struggling to make ends meet. This money will help me with that. I'll also buy clothes for my children, I have twins.
What is the happiest part of your day?
I was just happy that I've entered 2022 in good health even though my husband is away and suffering where he is, but we thank God for life.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
With no husband, I am failing to provide for my children. I have land but can't cultivate because I don't have money to buy seed let alone fertilizer. This means I'll be food insufficient next year as well. Which is worrisome.
