What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my first lumpsum transfer to buy iron sheet ( 17000 KES) timber ( 5000 KES) poles and nails (4000 KES) paid for labor (3500 KES) and still saving 13700 KES for buying furniture.

The biggest difference is that I was living in a small house but now have built a big house in my own homestead.
