How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?

How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I had a goal before receiving this money but I wasn't financially fit to implement my plan until I started receiving transfer from Givedirectly.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, Givedirectly is doing everything well for me. My life has been improved because of the transfer so am grateful for this program.

Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I feel happy because, I was not able to afford my children school fees. This transfer help me to paid their school fees. I am so happy.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
At first, I could not afford school fees for my children. But now, through the help of give directly, l am able to send my children to school. I also planning a better life for the them.

I paid my children school fees and l am saving some of the money because, l am planning to do good things with the transfer.

What does receiving this money mean to you?
"As a single parent catering to my children, if I am successful for Give Directly Cash transfer program, I want to use some of the money to send my children and some of my grand children to school and to also built one small house for my self and the children; I also have plans of making business because it will help to keep me moving with the burden in the home".
What is the happiest part of your day?
"Well, in the last six months and beyond, I have never experienced anything of a happiness because I was serious sick for four months, I was even in sick bush because of my swollen leg ( Gowah) a traditional sickness that someone threw on me".
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
"The major challenge in this home has been taking care of my children and grandchildren, because I am doing everything alone with no partner."
