What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent my third transfer on buying two cows because for a long time I have always wanted to own cattle that can provide me with milk and help me during farming. I also bought a cupboard and spent the rest of the money on foodstuff and other household items.

What did you spend your second transfer on?
I used 30000 KES of my second transfer on buying two cows for rearing. I built a kitchen because I used to cook in open air and used 7000 KES on buying a few households which I lacked on buying food for my family.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
The biggest difference in my daily life is that I have a cow which will provide me with milk and an extra cow (calf) after it has given birth. I'm not worried anymore of where to cook whenever it rains because I have a kithchen.

What did you spend your first transfer on?
When I received my first transfer, I used 6000 KES from it to buy 2 goats which I am now rearing in my home. I then used the balance to buy a sack of dry maize and other foodstuffs for my family since we did not have enough food in the house.
Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I felt so happy the moment I received my money because I had always desired to own some domestic animals but I could not afford any on my own.

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
Our first plan is to use part of the transfer to buy a cow, that would provide us with milk, and a bull, that we intend to use together with the three we already have, to plough our farms. Secondly, we intend to use another part of the transfer to buy a second-hand motorcycle for income generation. Lastly, we plan to use the remaining amount to open a butcher.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
Having bought seven goats and 4 sheep, with savings from our casual work, is the achievement we are very proud of.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship we have faced is, inadequate resources to open a butcher.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is in the mornings, because God has given me another day.
