Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
In the next four months, I have a plan of buying a chaff cutter machine for slicing straws and naphier grass which will save me time and money while feeding the cows. I incur costs especially because I have to employ someone to do the work. I am a dairy farmer and as I expand I always try to minimize costs.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
I was able to build a kitchen. I no longer worry now about leaking roofs and cold. Without the transfers, I wouldn't have built a new kitchen!. We used to stay in a mud-walled and flour and grass-thatched house that used to be so terrible and leaky during the rainy season. In fact, the floor of the house would sometime be filled by water sipping from the ground due to too much rain.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
In the next six months, I would add more dairy cows on my farm since I would have bought the machine which will enable me to slice the feeds faster and give to the animals. This would mean that I would generate more income through the sale of milk which will enable me to have more money to pay the school fee for my children.
