What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent my third transfer on purchasing food for the family consumption and invested part of the money on a business which is selling firewood to get more income. I also repaired my motocycle that I use to ferry people around our village getting some amount at the end of the day and used most of the transfer on purchasing building materials hoping to extend my house very soon.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different than it would have been if I never received the transfer in that, I own a motocycle bought using the second transfer and I get more profits by ferrying people around our village . I also eat well because I managed to purchase enough food in the house that can sustain the family members hence don't starin soo much unlike before.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion, what GiveDirectly did well was going to a door to door visit to tell the receipient about the program and sending the money without involving a second party.
