How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My plan was to build my own house in my village, and send my children to school. But I never had money to support my children in school. I'm a farmer, I make cassava farm for living, but my income was still very low to send them to school, to even get food for my family used to be very difficult for us. But with the help from givedirectly, my life has changed because givedirectly has supported me in accomplishing my goal. I'm now building my dream house in my village, my children are all healthy and in school, They also eat twice a day. Many thanks to Givedirectly for their support.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
Givedirectly has done very well in my life and that of our village, givedirectly has changed our entire village with so many new houses. Givedirectly has empower me in the sense that I'm no longer depending on my farming for living. Givedirectly make it all my children are all healthy and in school.

When I received my last transfer I was to buy my big mattress to sleep on, I also sent 9,500LD to my children for their school fees. And lastly I was able to paid workmanship to complete my project. I'm so thankful to GiveDirectly for their support to was my family and I.

How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
When I received my transfer I was very much happy. My plan was to build my own house in my town. Because the house I'm living in right now is our family house. And that is very embarrassing for my children and l to stay under my parents roof. But I never had the support to accomplish my plan. I have to farm the whole daily just to get money to paid my children school fees, but with the support from givedirectly my life has changed for the better. As I received my third transfer My New goal is to buy additional building materials for my house.

Givedirectly did very well in my life and that of our village givedirectly changed my life, givedirectly was able to make me paid all my children school fees.There are so many new houses in my village, over whole village has changed for the better, givedirectly has done everything well. There is nothing that givedirectly hasn't done well

I was able to Paid my children school fees, I bought clothes for my wife and children, the balance money I paid 23,500 for workmanship, I used part of my transfer to buy enough foodstuff for my family and I. I'm so thankful to GiveDirectly for making my dream come to passed.

My new goal is to build my own house, the house I'm living in is my brother who build that for me. And my dream was to build my owned house in my village. Thanks to GiveDirectly for making my dream come to passed.

Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I was at the clinic for treatment , when I received my payment. I was happy at the moment. because since in my life, I been struggling with my family support in getting my children school fees, and a better living place .With the money, My family life is getting better.Thanks to Givedirectly for making me proud and happy in my village

Through my transfer, I have been able to buy some of my building construction materials like cement and Zinc for my new house. I was able to pay my children school fees with part of my transfer. With the cash, My life have started improving and there is a lot of happiness today in my household .my life is now better than before, because the way I was struggling to get my children fees , The money have changed and improve so many hardship to better life in my household like paying children school fees, having a better sleeping place and some time enough food for the family.
