How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
I hope to expand in agriculture and rearing .

Give directly has helped us to relocate to better places. We just appreciates the way give directly operates and should continue with its methodology. May God continue to bless the donors

Describe the moment when you received your money. How did you feel?
I received the money on a Saturday at 8:10, I was at Nakokolo trading centre. I heard the message notification and moved away from the people to check, I saw the money then went back and kept it a secret. More people started receiving messages and most of them told us all. I first thought of withdrawing but I had plan first. I told my friends to plan since the money was theirs.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life since you started receiving payments from GiveDirectly.
My ways have changed in that I feel like I can afford to change my life since having some money can allow me to plan better. My family is very fine. I can now start a business to support my life or buy a cow and sell some milk or sell it afterwards to get some money.
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I paid for my son's admission to University. I have a balance but waiting for the second money so that I can buy a piece of land so I can settle well.

What do you plan to do with the cash transfer?
Incase I get this cash transfer I hope to buy land in a safer place, to pay School fees for my children and start a small business of selling Ripe bananas inorder to make some profit to be able to provide for my family
What is the happiest part of your day?
In the last six months an NGO called Calitus gave me some money 52000 which I used to pay school for my children. This brought so much joy in my family
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The challenges I encounter is am always worried that when rains the landslides can happen anytime . Water comes comes from underground which makes the house too cold and we fall sick from time to time because that condition
