What did you spend your third transfer on?
I spent my third transfer on buying iron sheets, doors, windows and paid construction fees for building a new house. I opted to build because my previous house was very old and smaller in size. I am having a big difference of living in a spacious and comfortable house.
How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
The biggest difference in my life is the good health and shelter I have gained after receiving transfers. I have managed to build myself a good house and seek medication after being ill for a long time. May God bless GiveDirectly.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
In my opinion GiveDirectly has done a great job in helping the poorest who did not even have good shelter like me. They should continue to work transparently and consistently to help many others like me.

What did you spend your second transfer on?
I spent my transfer paying school fee for my child for the first term. I then bought building materials which I want to use in doing repairs to the roof of my house which has very rusted iron sheets and is really leaking.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life.
My life has changed in a lot of ways because I now feed very well and on a daily basis unlike before when I missed some meals because of lack of money to buy food.

What did you spend your first transfer on?
I spent my first transfer on cushions. I never had cushions for my steel sofa sets which were merely hard surfaces and uncomfortable to sit on.
What are you planning to spend your upcoming transfer on?
I am having higher expectations for my upcoming second transfer. I am longing to use it to renovate the whole of my main house and fence to revamp my security.

The biggest hardship I am facing in my life is how to get money to pay fees for my son who is in form three.
