How is your life currently different from how it was four months ago?
My life is now different because I have been able to make payments for the title deed which I have been processing for the last several months. I currently have a very small debt which I am yet to pay but then I know that I will complete the payments in a very short period from today.
Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
My current plan is to buy a few goats which I will be keeping because I want to embark on a serious animal farming project which will also act as a significance remembrance for the good project that Give Directly once conducted in our village.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
I have used the money to process the title deed document which was made able due to the cash transfers I have been getting. In order to get the title deed, I had to part with a lot of money which I never had before.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
Right now I want to make sure that my kid goes to school and all his school fees are paid in good time so that he can have ample time concentrating on his studies. Seeing my kid go to school and get the knowledge he yearns for would really make a difference in my life.

How is your life currently different from how it was four months ago?
I have been able to buy enough food for my family in bulk which makes the day to survival very easy. Previously, I still used to buy food for the family albeit in very small quantities which made life quite hard but currently, I find it easy getting enough food for the family.
Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
I am planning to go and get a title deed for the piece of land where we currently live together with my family. By the time my husband passed on a few years ago, he left without processing a title deed for our ancestral home, and it is very risky living this way because my in-laws can process a title deed with their names and have me evicted from this place.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
The biggest difference for me is that I was able to save money that I have since been using to pay school fees for my daughter. Currently, she is able to carry on with her secondary school education without major interruptions from the teachers who used to send her home due to lack of fee payment. I personally took it upon myself to talk to the headteacher to allow the girl in school and I promised to be paying her fees in installments at the end of every month, and so far I have lived to fulfill the promise.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
I expect to expand my small scale business which I have been operating for the last several years. I have been buying a few bags of goods which I sell to my clients but with the transfers, I am sure I will be in a position to buy the goods in bulk thereby raising my profit gains.

How is your life currently different from how it was four months ago?
My life is currently different from how it was four months in that I have managed to pay school fees for my children on time. My children used to stay at home for a long time after being sent home for school fees since I did not have a good source of income which could allow me to pay their school fees on time. I am also capable of buying them all the stationeries they need in school unlike in the past when all I could do was to encourage them to borrow from their classmates. I believe their grades will improve in the next learning terms.
Do you have any new or additional goals for your life for the next four months?
My new goal is to pay the full amount of the money needed so that I can have the title deed for my farm. I have a small piece of land which my husband left me but did not have legal documents of ownership. I have been struggling to save money to enable me to be the legal owner so that my inlaws can longer scramble for it.
Describe the biggest difference in your daily life in the last four months preceding the current transfer.
The biggest difference in my daily life in the last months preceding the current transfer is managing to pay school fees for my children in high school. I used to be stressed out while looking for fees since I am the main provider in my house since my husband died. The transfers have at least made paying fees easier and quicker than before.
How do you expect your life to change in the next six months?
In the next six months, I expect to finish paying the money needed to get the title deed of my land. This has been my biggest worry since my inlaws have attempted so many times in the past to take ownership of that land. I will be at peace when I am assured that I have the ownership of the land I inherited from my husband.
