How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
The cash transfers transformed my life. I am soon moving into a one roomed permanent house. In addition to this, I constructed another single room which will act as a retail shop. Previously, I could not carryout any of these ventures due to lack of funds.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?

What does receiving this money mean to you?
Receiving this money means I will be in position to marry a wife. Since my parents passed on way back, I have never got the opportunity to marry and yet living alone as an individual is not easy. I have no one to help me do all that I have to do. I am I hopping to buy some cows that I can pay as bride price to my parents-in-law before I can finally settle.
What is the happiest part of your day?
I am happiest in the evening. It is at this time that I drink and dance with friends. All my stress is put off.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship that I am faced with is poverty. This has caused me to stay alone as a single all this while. I do not have money with which to facilitate marriage. There is no one to support me in my daily life. No one coocks for me so this forces me to move to homes so as to find something to eat.
