I spent the transfer on buying 3 cows 45000 KES and used balance to pay for my dowry .

The biggest difference i have seen in my life is that my dowry was paid and now i also have cows for milking in my home.

we plan to pay my dowry, and pay for a piece of land on which I can build my home because the place we are currently occupying is small.

What are you planning to spend your transfer on?
We plan to spend the transfer to rent a parcel of land that we will utilise for agriculture. We also plan to spend the transfer to buy a mattress and bed being that we currently sleep on a mat. We also plan to spend the transfer to pay school fees for our daughter.
What is the achievement you are proudest of?
Our proudest achievement is that we have managed to build a house and also buy a cow. We were able to do this from the savings which we made from fishing.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship that we have faced in life is that we don't have a stable source of income hence making it difficult to meet the needs of our family. We depend on fishing and agriculture which are unpredictable sources of income.
What is the happiest part of your day?
The happiest part of my day is in the morning when am in the farm weeding. I feel very happy because it is one of the livelihood sources that I depend on.
