How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life has changed so much that now I am an independent man with something to do. I am able now to build a house that I could not have managed to build given how money is hard to come back this year. My home has food constantly and we are happy.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
Everything went well according to how the processes were carried out. I understood every process and why it was important. There is nothing that GiveDirectly did not do well
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I use the money to buy 2 bags of cement to add on to the bags of cement i already had. I also bought poles for the roof. I went on and bought clothes for the whole family as we did not have decent looking clothes. I also used the money to pay school fees for my child.
