What does receiving this money mean to you?
I am happy that I have finally been enrolled in this project. I am certain that the money will reduce the levels of my poverty. I plan to use the money to build a big house where I will be living comfortably with my children. I will also buy a bicycle which will be a mode of transport when going to my farm. On top of that, I am tired of sleeping on a mat so I will buy a matress.
What is the happiest part of your day?
I am happiest during the harvesting season because I have enough food to eat then.
What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
The biggest hardship I face is not having a durable house. The house I live in right now is thatched with grass as such I have to change the roof every year. It is also difficult to even find the grass in this village. We have to travel long distances to other villages to cut the grass.
