How is your life different than it would have been if you never received the transfer?
My life is different now that i have received the transfer. In the past i used to get worried as to where i would find piece works so that i find money to feed my family. I usually ended up eating once or on better days twice in a day. With the transfer, i have managed to top up food and we are a happy family now eating 3 times a day. I already bought fertilizer with the first transfer so that i harvest enough this farming season. Thank you so much; i am stress free now.
In your opinion, what does GiveDirectly do well, and what does it not do well?
GiveDirectly does well in giving free cash that has helped to improve my livelihood. I can't think of anything that GiveDirectly doe not do well; thank you for the transfers
What did you spend your most recent transfer(s) on?
I used the money to buy 3 blankets, 8 bags of maize and saved some for future needs. Last farming season i did not harvest enough due to lack of fertilizer hence added some bags of maize. I already bought the fertilizer with the first transfer and i am ready for this farming season. Thank you so much

What does receiving this money mean to you?
I will use this money to build a new house. My house fell during last year's rainy season. I have been sleeping in my kitchen. So this is an opportunity for me to build a new house

What is the biggest hardship you've faced in your life?
I struggle to find money to buy food and fertilizer to use in my farm. This leads to shortage of food
